I recently stayed at Park Vil-La hotel on Quezon Avenue and found it to be an interesting budget option. The hotel's conversion from an old-style house added a unique touch to its atmosphere. While it's not a luxurious stay, the rooms were reasonably clean and well-maintained despite their old appearance. It's worth noting that the absence of complimentary toiletries might catch some guests off guard, but you can conveniently purchase them at the lobby. One downside is the limited availability of power outlets, which could be inconvenient for those with multiple devices. During my stay, I did encounter some noise from other guests, which could affect overall comfort. However, the hotel's location was a major plus for me as it was conveniently close to my office, making it highly accessible. If you're looking for an affordable option with some quirks and don't mind a few compromises, Park Vil-La could be worth considering due to its location and reasonable upkeep.

Location is good if one needs to be near Quezon Ave or the Timog Ave area. Other than that, this small appartelle is really a "you get what you pay for" kind of place. Rates are affordable. So expect certain things like hot showers and the AC to not work properly. Rooms are also tight and tiny. Beds are old. Food is below-average. Good for backpackers and short stays.

A little oasis in central manila. near busy quezon avenue. Room was clean comfortable bed king size! air con freezing! Large bathroom with hot water shower. Staff pleasant. And a lot of places to eat.overall our deluxe room was really good.. thanku park vil-la

Small apartelle located in the QC. Room is just right. The place is neat and clean. There is parking space although small.

The aircons on some of the rooms doesn't cool that much but all are clean and tidy. It would be much better also if they will change the remaining old televisions to even just a cheap LCD because the old ones' colors are fading and are hard to look at. The walls are pretty thin so if you're looking for a sound-proofed room, you may want to try somewhere else. The experience was overall decent. I recommend it to anyone who just wants to have a place to sleep for a low fee.

The place was good, service and rooms, but the parking was kinda small and inconvenient since you have to move your car if someone who got there first need to leave. Hope they can address this and just do valet parking so they wouldn't need to ask the owners to move their car if needed.
